RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 46 is based on high quality mineral base oils with agents to increase the corrosion protection and aging resistance.
RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 46 is a universal mineral oil for turbines of especially chosen refined base oils with a natural high viscosity index. So-called “metal deactivators” are added to the turbine oil in addition to the normal additives in order to guarantee the excellent characteristics.
Application Note
RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 46 is used in fixed gas and steam turbines as well as electrical machines or machines driven by steam turbines like generators, compressors, pumps and transmissions.
RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 46 can also be used for the lubrication of hydraulic systems, compressors, gear transfers and bearings in case of problems of the contamination with water because a high protection against rust and oxidation is requested.

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 is a special ageing-resistant-lubricating oils offering minimal coking based on high-quality age-resistant base oils with ash less additives to improve corrosion protection and ageing stability and meets the high requirements of DIN 51 506.
RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 has a good adhesion, is water repellent and wear reducing. As many compressors operate at high temperatures, the oil should have good aging resistance at very low residue formation.
RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 provides a secure lubrication not only in the upper temperature range, also in the cold state of the compressor to achieve a reduction of wear. By selected and coordinated additive composition the tendency to coking and the formation of flammable residues is minimized.
Application Note
RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 can be used in stationary and mobile compressors with discharge temperatures up to 220°C.
RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 can also be used for lubrication of engines and diesel engines where the manufacturer does not stipulate any HD motor oil.
RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 46 is not recommended for ATLAS COPCA GA xx series compressors.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 46 is characterized by a good viscosity-temperature behavior, high aging resistance and reliable corrosion protection.
RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 46 also contains detergent and dispersing agents, which always provide for a clean hydraulic system.
These additives dissolve contaminants, hold them in suspension and enabling the cleaning of contaminated hydraulic systems. The functional elements of a hydraulic system thereby remain free of deposits and bonds. This will emulsified penetrating water and ensure trouble-free operation of the hydraulic system.

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel PAO VDL 46 contains additives, which ensure an excellent wear protection and protects against residue and corrosion (both steel and non-ferrous metal). Most compressors have to work under high temperature so that the used oil has to have a good aging resistance but also a low residue building.
In addition RAVENOL Kompressorenoel PAO VDL 46 conforms to its ISO VG Class and shows a remarkable low evaporative behavior an outstanding demulsifying power as well as excellent air separation ability. RAVENOL BIO-Hydraulikoel HEES 46 is based on synthetic, easily biodegradable unsaturated esters and a powerful, environmentally friendly combination of additives which gives the product excellent properties regarding oxidation stability, corrosion, low temperatures as well as EP behaviour.
Compared with products of vegetable triglyceride base, RAVENOL BIO-Hydraulikoel HEES 46 has much better high temperature oxidation stability.
RAVENOL BIO-Hydraulikoel HEES 46 can be used year-round due to its outstanding low-temperature behavior and provides excellent wear and corrosion protection.
Application Note
RAVENOL BIO-Hydraulikoel HEES 46 is used wherever there is the danger of hydraulic fluidleaking into the ground or waste water. This includes all equipment operating in or near areas ofwater purification or water protection or near surface water, such as e.g. sewage treatment plants, dredging ships and floating dredges, lock hydraulics and river weirs, pipe and tunnel diving machines, - hydraulic aggregates in forests and on plains, earth moving machines in water collecting areas, forestry machines.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel TS AF 46 is a zinc and ash-free compounded oil based phosphorous and sulfur intended especially for use in the metal industry. Excellent results were achieved in the Timken test. Through the addition of selected ingredients, RAVENOL Hydraulikoel TS AF 46 has excellent wear protection, good oxidation stability and has a long service life even under extreme conditions. Compatibility with sealants is neutral. Furthermore, the additives provide corrosion protection and prevent foaming.
RAVENOL Hydraulikoel TS AF 46 exceeds the requirements of DIN 51 524 part 2 for HLP hydraulic oils.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel TS AF 46 is for use as a hydraulic fluid in the metal industry, if zinc and ash-free hydraulic oil and the specification DIN 51 524, Part 2 is required.
