RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 32 meets the high requirements of DIN 51 506. Specially designed with high quality, age-resistant base oils.

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 32 has a good adhesion, is water repellent and wear reducing. As many compressors operate at high temperatures, the oil should have good aging resistance at very low residue formation.

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 32 provides a secure lubrication not only in the upper temperature range, also in the cold state of the compressor to achieve a reduction of wear. By selected and coordinated additive composition the tendency to coking and the formation of flammable residues is minimized.

Application Note

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 32 can be used in stationary and mobile compressors with discharge temperatures up to 220 °C.

RAVENOL Kompressorenoel VDL 32 can also be used for lubrication of engines and diesel engines where the manufacturer does not stipulate any HD motor oil.

RAVENOL Bettbahnoel 32 is formulated with mineral base oils and contains additives and corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust formation and stains on slide ways and track surfaces.

RAVENOL Bettbahnoel 32 is compatible with most of drilling-, cutting or grinding emulsions. The lubricant film of the slide way oil is not washed off.

Application Note

RAVENOL Bettbahnoel 32 can be used for all types of lubrication systems such as pressure, circulating or central lubrication. If necessary, it can be applied manually. It can also be used for lubricating bearings and gear boxes.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 32 is designed with selected base oils with additives to prevent corrosion, wear and friction.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 32 is characterized by a good viscosity-temperature behavior, high aging resistance and reliable corrosion protection.

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 32 also contains detergent and dispersing agents, which always provide for a clean hydraulic system.

These additives dissolve contaminants, hold them in suspension and enabling the cleaning of contaminated hydraulic systems. The functional elements of a hydraulic system thereby remain free of deposits and bonds. This will emulsified penetrating water and ensure trouble-free operation of the hydraulic system.

Application Note

RAVENOL Hydraulikoel HVLP-D 32 is used in hydraulic systems which are exposed to very fluctuating operating temperatures, abrasion, dirt and water.

RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 32 is based on high quality mineral base oils with agents to increase the corrosion protection and aging resistance.

RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 32 is a universal mineral oil for turbines of especially chosen refined base oils with a natural high viscosity index. So-called “metal deactivators” are added to the turbine oil in addition to the normal additives in order to guarantee excellent characteristics.

Application Note

RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 32 is used in fixed gas and steam turbines as well as in electrical machines or machines driven by steam turbines like generators, compressors, pumps and transmissions.

RAVENOL Turbinenöl T 32 can also be used for the lubrication of hydraulic systems, compressors, gear transfers and bearings in case of problems of the contamination with water because a high protection against rust and oxidation is requested.

The full benefits of a change to RAVENOL SCR PAO 32 Screw Kompressorenöl will only be realized by minimizing contamination with the previously used oil. Certain makes of compressors do not permit completedraining, so if the drained oil is heavily oxidized (shown by significant increase in the oil’s total acid number and viscosity), recharging with RAVENOL SCR PAO 32 Screw Kompressorenöl may not result in optimum performance and fluid service life.

RAVENOL ODL 32 – Germaniyada ishlab chiqarilgan, barcha turdagi pnevmoasboblar uchun maxsus moy.

Korroziyadan mukammal himoya, eskirishga qarshi himoya, yaxshi yopishish xususiyatlari va oksidlanishga chidamlilikni ta’minlaydi. Qo‘shimchalar ko‘piklanishni oldini oladi va moyga yaxshi suv ajratish xususiyatlarini beradi. Tizimlarda cho‘kindilar hosil bo‘lishining oldi olinadi, tozalovchi effektni ta’minlaydi. Uskunaning yuqori unumdor ishlashiga ko‘maklashadi va silindrsimon qulflarning muzlashidan himoya qiladi.

Qo‘llanilishi:

Aylanma va zarbali harakatdagi pnevmoasboblarni moylash uchun maxsus ishlab chiqilgan, masalan, burovchi bolg‘alar, og‘ir burovchi bolg‘alar, teshuvchi bolg‘alar, pnevmolopatalar, shuningdek kopyorlar va boshqa pnevmoasboblar.
